Advent Resource List

Advent is a four-week season in the Church calendar dedicated to anticipating the coming, or "advent," of Jesus, the long-awaited Messiah. Christians from many backgrounds and all around the world celebrate this time with reflections on four key themes: hope, peace, love, and joy. Each week, we light a new candle to anticipate and prepare for Christmas. The candles represent our hope for Christ’s coming, the peace Jesus brings, the joy of new life, and the overwhelming love of God drawing near to us.

We welcome you to this season of Advent and invite you to use these resources to enter into Jesus’ coming and presence in an intentional way.
