Mentoring at Wellspring
Life with Jesus was never meant to be lived alone. Mentoring creates space for intentional relationships where believers can encourage one another, grow in faith, and walk together through the joys and challenges of life. Mentoring is a one-on-one relationship centered on spiritual growth, encouragement, and discipleship. Mentors and mentees meet regularly to pray, discuss Scripture, share life experiences, and help one another follow Jesus more faithfully. There are two ways to participate in Mentoring here at Wellspring!
As a Mentee
Grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus
Receive wisdom and encouragement from a more experienced believer
Have a trusted person to pray with and learn from

As a Mentor
Invest in the next generation of disciples
Share what God has taught you through life and faith

Who can participate?
Anyone who regularly attends Wellspring and desires to grow spiritually.
How are matches made?
Participants complete a survey, and our mentoring team prayerfully considers factors such as life stage, availability, interests, and spiritual goals when making matches.
Do I have to be a Bible expert to be a mentor?
No. Mentors are simply mature followers of Jesus willing to walk alongside someone else and point them toward Christ.
